Thermocouple Transmitter Now Comes In Miniature Package
Good things come in small packages! A new compact Temptran(TM) transmitter converts thermocouple signals to 4 to 20 mA output with 0.2% of span accuracy. The transmitter measures only 1.0" x 1.1" x 1.5" for easy installation in connection heads, instrument cabinets, even ordinary electrical utility boxes.
Model TT205 accepts type E, J, K, or T thermocouples and provides a voltage-linear current signal. It operates over the ambient range -10 to 60°C (14 to 140°F) with temperature effect less than 0.036% of span per °C. Zero and span settings are factory calibrated and adjustable to +/-5%.
The TT205 has Factory Mutual approval for use with selected explosion-proof thermocouple assemblies manufactured by Minco. It is also intrinsically safe (but not yet agency approved) for Class I, Division 1 hazardous areas.
Accessories include a DIN rail mounting kit, digital current loop indicator, and a complete selection of thermocouples and assemblies.
