BDS3000 Electronic Dual Differential Pressure Switch with IO-Link Option

BDS3000 electronic differential pressure switches monitor filter loading and pressure differences in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Two switching outputs, a field-selectable analog output and a four-digit LED display combine control and indication in one unit. Output code 8 adds IO-Link communication.

• Standard differential ranges: 0–15, 0–100 or 0–500 psid.
• Maximum common pressure: 2500 psi. Differential proof limits depend on range and pressure direction; consult the catalogue.
• Output 4: dual switch points plus 4–20 mA, with 0–10 V field selectable.
• Output 8: IO-Link plus dual switch points and the same field-selectable analog output.
• Linearity error below ±0.5% full scale at 25°C; repeatability ±0.1% full scale.
• Switching output load: up to 500 mA on standard units, 250 mA on IO-Link units; IO-Link PNP/NPN output is field selectable.
• Analog output scalable from 25% to 100% of full scale; switch point and hysteresis adjustable from 0 to 125% of full scale.
• Stainless steel fittings, 316L stainless steel sensors and FKM seals.
• High- and low-side 1/4-inch NPT female process ports; five-pin M12 electrical connection.
• Type 4X/IP65 and Type 6/IP67 enclosure; display and electrical connection rotate through 320°.
• 15–32 VDC supply; medium -25 to 100°C, electronics -10 to 70°C.

Other ranges and connections require factory confirmation. Bureau Veritas type approval applies to covered constructions; confirm applicability to the selected unit with Mod-Tronic.
