Series 9000 Compact Pressure Switches
Compact piston pressure switches with SPDT silver contacts, three ranges to 5800 psi, DIN electrical connections, a captive adjustment screw and NEMA 4 / IP65 protection.
Barksdale Series 9000 compact piston pressure switches provide an adjustable SPDT setpoint in a small aluminum housing. A long pressure spring supports precise setpoint adjustment, while the captive adjustment screw helps resist tampering. Three range choices cover increasing setpoints from 145 to 5800 psi.
- Typical repeatability: ±2%; maximum switching frequency 60 operations per minute.
- Silver SPDT contacts rated 10 A at 250 VAC or 6 A at 24 VDC.
- Standard DIN 43650A connection, with or without mating plug; NEMA 4 / IP65.
- G1/4, 1/4-inch NPT or 7/16-20 UNF SAE-4 female process connections.
- Buna-N, Viton (FKM) or EPDM (EPR) dynamic seals.
- Ambient/media temperature: -4 to 176°F (-20 to 80°C); storage -40 to 176°F (-40 to 80°C).
- Optional mating connector with a 2-metre or 5-metre molded cable.
Adjustable setpoint, maximum operating pressure and proof pressure are separate limits; use the catalog table for the selected range. For a factory preset, confirm the pressure and rising or falling operation with Mod-Tronic. Optional stainless steel housing construction requires confirmation.
