CSK Compact Pressure Switches
Compact SPST pressure switches with floating contacts, DC electrical ratings, five ranges from 20–120 to 1000–3000 psi and 9000 psi proof pressure.
Barksdale CSK compact pressure switches provide SPST switching with a floating contact and creep action for space-limited industrial applications. Choose CSK1 for field adjustment or CSK2 for a factory-confirmed setpoint. Five range choices cover 20–120 through 1000–3000 psi.
- Accuracy: ±4% of full setpoint range.
- DC switching only: standard contacts rated 8 A at 12 VDC, 4 A at 24 VDC or 2 A at 42 VDC.
- Gold contact option for low-current circuits: 33 mA at 12 VDC, 16 mA at 24 VDC or 13 mA at 30 VDC.
- Zinc-plated steel process fitting; Buna-N, Viton or EPDM diaphragm.
- 18-inch free leads, 1/4-inch spade terminals or two-pin Deutsch connector.
- Switch sealed to IP65 except exposed terminals; operating temperature -20 to 180°F (-29 to 82°C).
- 9000 psi proof pressure; maximum adjustable setpoint depends on selected range.
Confirm the required rising or falling setpoint with Mod-Tronic for CSK2 or any factory preset. Follow the installation instructions when adjusting the switch: the adjustment screw is electrically conductive and requires an insulated tool. Depending on the rate of pressure change, an intermittent condition may occur across the setpoint.
