D1T / D2T Terminal Block Diaphragm Pressure Switches

Barksdale D1T and D2T diaphragm pressure switches provide accurate pressure or vacuum control in a NEMA 4 anodized aluminum housing. A covered terminal block and tamper-proof external adjustment simplify industrial installation. D1T provides one setpoint; D2T provides two independently adjustable setpoints.

• Accuracy: ±0.5% of adjustable range.
• 304 stainless steel process fitting and 17-7 PH stainless steel diaphragm.
• Pressure ranges to 150 psi; selected ranges also cover vacuum to 30 inHg.
• Standard 1/4-inch NPT female process connection; terminal block through 1/2-inch NPT conduit connection.
• SPDT snap-action contacts, with optional gold contacts or hermetically sealed switches.
• Optional NEMA 4X enclosure, oxygen cleaning and factory preset.
• H-prefix models provide the catalog-listed Class I, Division II hermetically sealed switch construction.

Choose pressure or vacuum service before selecting a range. UL and CSA options depend on switch and range selection: D1T may be ordered UL listed; D2T may be ordered as a UL recognized component. The -A switch has no UL/CSA approval, -M is not UL approved, and 2SS is not available with hermetically sealed switches or CSA approval. Consult the catalog for deadband, proof pressure and operating limits. Factory presets require confirmation by Mod-Tronic.
