P1H Dia-Seal Piston Pressure Switch
Single-setpoint Dia-Seal piston pressure switch with NEMA 4/13 enclosure, adjustable ranges to 1600 psi and optional stainless steel pressure fitting.
The Barksdale P1H combines a Dia-Seal piston sensing element with a single SPDT snap-action switch in a NEMA 4 and 13 enclosure. It provides an adjustable pressure setpoint for industrial applications, with five range choices covering increasing setpoints from 1.5 to 1600 psi.
- Repeatability: ±2% of adjustable range.
- Standard anodized aluminum pressure fitting and Buna-N diaphragm; stainless steel fitting and Viton diaphragm available.
- Standard 1/4-inch NPT female process connection; optional 1/2-inch NPT requires the stainless steel fitting.
- Internal screw terminals with 1/2-inch NPT conduit connection.
- 2000 psi proof pressure; proof pressure is not the adjustable operating range.
- Optional NEMA 4X enclosure, oxygen cleaning and factory preset setpoint.
Use the catalog range and deadband tables to select a setpoint. The catalog identifies switch -B as standard for ranges 30, 85 and 340; contact Mod-Tronic to confirm switch selection for ranges 600 and 1600.
